Chapter 28
"Bri know why I came back?" Jessica asked suddenly during the movie.
"No" Brian said "But I'm glad you did. So why did you."
"This may sound stupid but my dad told me to" Jessica said
"Your dad's dead" Kevin said
"I don't know if it was a dream or for real" Jessica said "But when your in a coma it seems so real. When I was in my coma I was on a beach, I could walk and everything. He told me my mom was sick and I need to take care of her. That I need to come back because Brian deserved to know he had kids. And blah blah blah shit like that. But I seen him the day I went in the coma and two days before I came out of it"
"Was it scary?" AJ asked
"I was all alone" Jessica said "I was really scared. Especially when I seen my dad. I mean he died when I was a teenager."
"That accident was all my fault" Nick said "But Lindsey insisted was your fault"
"Could have been" Jessica said "I mean she was driving really fast. So I told her to pull over. So she did and I got in the driver seat. Which was a huge mistake. Barry, Tammy, and Brian were in the backseat. We had just left a party. I was totally wasted. Lindsey only had half to drink what I did and still she was drunk. God you think you'd learn your lesson about drinking an driving. I caused so many accidents after you left because I took up drinking to make the pain go away. Which it didn't" She stopped talking and smiled "At least thats behind us now. Before you ask no I never killed anyone by causing accidents. So that accident could have been my fault. I can't really remember that night."
"I still think its mine" Nick said "The breaks in our car were out"
'Still......" Jessica said "Lets watch the rest of the movie"
"Mommy I have to go pee" Tammy said
"Come on I'll take you" Jackie said. Tammy grabbed her hand.
"Auntie Jess" Barry grinned running up to her.
"Hey how's my little man" Jessica grinned picking him up
"I'm fine" Barry smiled playing with her hair. He loved playing with peoples hair. "Hi' He turned to the others.
"Where's your Mommy?" Jessica asked
"I woke up and she was asleep so I came out here" Barry said
"You better go back before your Mommy finds out." Jessica said "You know it's your bed time sweetie"
"But I'm no longer tried" Barry said and yawned.
"But I think you are" Lindsey said
"Oh hi Mommy" Barry grinned. Lindsey took him then sat next to Kevin.
"We're back" Tammy said and crawling back to her spot on my lap. Then we watched the rest of the movie that we hadn't been watching.
