Chapter 19
The Next Morning
Tiffany's View
I walked down the stairs slowly. I guess you can say Brian and I had a long night. I'm so tired! I wanted to sleep some more but Brian isn't that quiet getting ready in the morning and to top it all off Brian and Michelle have been ruff housing and I can't even describe how loud they are.
"MOMMY! HELP ME!" Michelle screamed running up to me. Brian was crawling on his hands and knees growling.
I picked Michelle up and looked at Brian weirdly.
"Morning princess!" Brian smiled up at me and then looked a Michelle and growled.
"AAHH!" Michelle screamed and covered her eyes with her hands.
"It's just an ugly dog," I shrugged.
"Hey!" Brian said defensively.
The phone then started to ring so I put Michelle down and went to the phone. Michelle screamed and ran off. Brian was crawling after her.
"Hello?"
"Hey Tiffy Tiff!" I heard Kevin's voice on the other end.
"Hey Kevvy Kev! So what's up?"
"Brian's attacking our daughter," I laughed after hearing Michelle scream again.
"Oh really?" he laughed as well.
"Yep! So what's up with you?"
"Nothing really but I need to talk to Brian."
"OK just hold on," I said setting the phone down.
"Brian! Kevin wants to talk to you!" I yelled.
"I got it in here!" he yelled back.
I picked up the phone and hung it up.
"Hey Molly!" I said as I picked up Brian's new dog Molly. She's just like Tyke. Brian told me that Tyke got sick a year back and died. I cried for like two hours. Tyke was my baby at the time and he died but Brian bought another Chihuahua afterwards.
Molly licked my face and barked. I laughed and hugged her.
"Tiffany!" Brian called from the kitchen.
"Yeah!?"
"Come here!"
"K!" I said walking into the kitchen.
"What?" I asked putting Molly down.
"I have some good news," he smiled.
"What is it?"
"Kevin said that the tour has been postponed! We don't leave for another three weeks!"
"Really!?"
"Yes really!" he laughed at my enthusiasm. "Now we can go to Disney World, and Sea World, and…"
"I get your point!" I laughed.
"I'm just so happy," he smiled.
"I'm glad you are," I smiled as well.
He just smiled and hugged me.
"Lets play Mario Kart!" he whispered in my ear.
"I'm gonna beat you!" I laughed.
"Nope! I've been practicing this morning and now no one can beat me!" he laughed going into the living room. I followed him and sat down next to him on the floor. He turned on the TV and handed me one of the controllers.
"Ready to get your butt whipped?" Brian asked smiling at me.
"I'm not going to get my butt whipped, you are!" I laughed.
Michelle sat on the couch behind us and said, "Go Mommy!"
"Hey what about me!?" Brian said looking at Michelle.
"HEHE!" Michelle giggled.
"Brian it's starting," I said pressing A on the controller.
"Oh!" he said pressing A as well. We took off and I was in front of him the entire time. I finished twenty seconds before him because I got a lightning bolt, which shrunk him, so I got further ahead.
"That's not fair!" Brian yelled looking at me. "You cheated!"
"No I didn't!" I laughed.
"Yes you did!" he yelled slamming down his controller.
"Calm down! You're just like Nick!" I said.
He just stuck his tongue out at me.
At Nick's House
Nick's View
I sighed as I looked at a picture of Tiffany back when she came to stay with my family. I really need to get over her but it's just so hard. You have no idea how hard it is to try to get over someone you love.
I got up from my couch and went over to the TV. I sat down and turned the TV on. I picked up the controller and turned on the Nintendo. I started to play but then turned it of. I wasn't in the mood. I feel so crappy. I can't get her out of my head! It's driving me insane!
I decided to eat my problems away. YEP! That's how I solve my problems! I eat! I can't help it! When I'm depressed I get hungry so I gotta eat! I went into the kitchen and searched through the fridge. I pulled out some ice cream and a pop. I got a spoon and sat down at the kitchen table. I took off the lid and dug right in. I really need to find another way to solve my problems.
