Chapter 12
[Late that night around 4 a.m. somewhere near
Gainesville Florida.]
"Tes can you tell me what Highway I have to get off at now?" Celine asked
her half asleep sister
"Um Highway 120." Tes said looking at the paper
"Okay," Celine said "Here is the road, 50 miles to Orlando."
"Thank god," Tes said sighing "I need a bed."
They drove the next 50 miles in silence until they arrived in Orlando. Then
they piloted away around the city.
"Take a left here." Tes said pointing
Celine and Tes drove back a road to a very nice decent sized house and it
dark.
"Gosh look at this place." Celine said looking out her car window
"He has such a beautiful house," Tes said "You're isolated."
"Shut up," Celine said "Thanks for making me feel vonerable."
"Welcome," Tes said "I want to crawl into a bed so bad."
"Who doesn't," Celine said shutting off the car "He said to go to his neighbors
and that they'd be up when we got here because they work like an early shift."
"Sure lets interupt the neighborhood." Tes said laughing knowing well that
there were not many houses
Celine and Tes got out and headed to the neighbors home and knocked on the
door.
"Hello?" the lady asked
"UM yes I'm Kevin Richardson's girlfriend Celine," Celine said extending
her hand "he said you'd have a key for me?"
"Oh yes come in," the lady said "he called me yesterday late and said that
you would be coming in a day or so depending on how far you could drive."
"Yeah so is there any alarms or anything?" Celine asked
"Yes there is and here is the code." the lady said "you two look beat."
"Yes 16 hours in the car is so long." Tes mumbled almost asleep
"Don't worry about being so isolated," the lady said smiling "Girls will
come knocking on your door for him, but just say that he doesn't live there
anymore."
"Do they still come knocking?" Celine asked puzzled
"Yes even more when he's away thinking they'll get me to let them in." the
lady said laughing "btw my name is Diane and my husband is Steve."
"Hello." Celine said laughing "I guess you'll be seeing a lot of me."
"More than that boyfriend of yours." Diane said laughing
"Well we're gonna head over," Celine said "we're so tired."
"Have a good sleep." Diane said
The two girls walked over to Kevin's house and went in and found a room.
Celine decided to sleep in what appeared to be kevin's room and Tes took
what looked like it could be brian's room.
