Chapter 23
(Two months later, at Kevin and Celine's house, day after Celine's graduation from college)
"So how is married life been treating ya?" Becca asked over the phone to Celine
"Great ya know," Celine said laughing "You need to come over Becca."
"I would but Todd just doesn't want to do anything." Becca stressed
"Who cares what Todd wants," Celine said "Just come over, we are having a party here tonight and I want you to come."
"I'll try to stop by," Becca said "Please just don't get mad if I don't."
"I won't," Celine said "See ya."
Celine hung up the phone. Becca never came around anymore. She was always tied up with Todd. She sometimes worried what this Todd was like. Hopefully she came tonight and could clear everything up.
(About 3 pm as everyone starts to arrive)
"Hey there Grad!" Brian said hugging her
"Hey Babe." Celine said kissing his cheek "Did you bring me any presents?"
"I brought you me." Brian said pouting his front lip
"Stop that goofball." celine said joking "Hey Angela."
"Hey Celine congrats." Angela said hugging her
"Thanks you're too kind." Celine said bowing
"Where are the others?" Brian said putting his coat down
"They'll be here soon." Kevin said walking into the foyer
"Look who decided to come home tonight," Brian joked "So when does little C-C here get a job?"
"Never." Kevin said kissing her "She's coming with me everywhere."
"No way jose i didn't just spent six years in college to do nothing." Celine said
There was a knock at the door so Celine opened it.
"Nicky, Christina, Howie and Krysten!" Celine yelled
"Hey Groupie what's up?" Nick joked
"I'm not a groupie," Celine said "IF I'm correct, I'm the only one that is entitled to my little own "Group" since I'm in the married category."
"Hey shush up." Nick joked
"Is this all that's coming?" Christina questioned
"AJ and My friend Becca and her boyfriend might come over." Celine replied
"No Tes?" Nick asked
"Nope she went back home to VA." Celine mentioned "Do you guys want anything to drink?"
"I'll take a Beer," Nick said "Just kidding a coke."
"I was going to say." celine joked
"I'll have a diet coke." christina said
"How and I will just have water." Krysten replied
"Baby do you need help?" Kevin asked
"If you wouldn't mind." Celine suggested
"I'm going to go help my wife." Kevin said getting up and walking to the kitchen. They poured the drinks and walked back out into the living room.
"So how is married life really?" Angela asked
"It's better than I thought," celine said hugging kevin "He makes it special."
"Awwwww Kevy Kev makes life special." Brian awwed
"Hey at least I'm not afraid to commit." Keivn answered "Ya know I haven't barely touched the computer since I met Celine."
"Yeah instead of love at first sight it was love at first type eh?" Nick asked
"Yeah it was sorta like that," Kevin said "She was the nicest girl that I ever talked to online, and I didn't fear telling her anything."
"How cute." Christina said as the doorbell rang
"I'll go get it." Celine said jumping out of Kevin's lap
When she opened the door she found Becca with a muscular blonde blue eyed guy with Becca.
"Becca!" Celine exclaimed
"Hey you," Becca said hugging her "This Is Todd."
"Hi Todd." Celine said shaking his hand
"How comes you never told me that you got married?" Becca asked
"Well I didn't want everyone at school knowing," Celine said "You've never even met my husband have you?"
"Nope but your house is very nice." Becca said smiling
"Come in and I'll introduce you to everyone." Celine smiled
Todd and Becca walked into the room and Becca's face drooped.
"Becca this is my husband Kevin, that's nick and his girlfriend Christina, that's Howie and his girlfriend Krysten and that's Brian with his "friend" Angela." Celine said in one breath
"You're married to a BSB?" Becca whispered
"Yeah I guess so," Celine said laughing "He's normal believe me."
"Wow it's nice to meet you all." Becca smiled
"Oh yeah guys this is Becca and her boyfriend Todd." Celine said sitting back on Kevin's lap
They had a good time at the party and everyone got along quite well. AJ never
showed up and they just blew it off as not wanting to be the only "non-couple"
there.
