Chapter 31
A Month Later: 10:30PM
Tiffany's View
"Darlene! AAAHHH!!!" I scream. I held my stomach in pain. My water just broke
and I'm in total agony.
"What!? What is it!?" Colleen screamed running into the room.
"It's time!" I screamed. I was breathing heavily.
"What!? NOW!?" Stacey said looking at me wide eyed.
"YES NOW! Why do you think I'm screaming!" I yelled.
"OK, um Stacey get Darlene in the car and call Brian. Colleen and I will
get Tiffany into the car OK?" Mary said.
"OK," Stacey said and then ran downstairs. Darlene followed right behind
her.
"OK Colleen get her overnight bag," Mary said.
"I got it, let's go!" she said. She took one of my arms and walked slowly
into the hall. I was holding my stomach and breathing heavily. We slowly
walked down the stairs and Stacey ran up to me with the phone. Mary let go
of my arm and I picked the phone up.
"He..llo?" I said breathing in and out.
"BABY!? OMG! Are you OK!? How are you!? Are you in pain!? I'm on my way right
now!" Brian said.
"OWWW!!!" I screamed.
"Are you OK!?" he asked.
"Yeah," I swallowed hard and then said. "Get down here now! I'm not having
this baby without you by my side!"
"I'm in a taxi right now going to the airport! I'm coming sweetie just hang
in there," he said.
"It hurts so much," I said. Mary took my hand and brought me out to the car.
She got me in and put my seat belt on.
"I know baby but just keep breathing and I'll be there as soon as possible,"
he said.
"OK, AH OW OW OW OW!" I said holding my stomach.
"BREATH HONEY!" Brian said.
"I am!" I said breathing in and out.
"OK good. Oh sweetie I'm at the airport. I'll see you soon OK?"
"OK Bye," I said. I didn't wait for Brian to say bye I just threw the phone
in the back and it landed on Colleen's lap. Finally we got to the hospital
and I was wheeled into the emergency room. I was then put into a room. The
baby wasn't actually coming yet. I still got a while. I just want him out
of me! I don't want contractions! They hurt like hell!!!
2 Hours Later
Brian's View
I ran into the hospital and then up to the desk.
"Can I help you?"
"Yeah um where is Tiffany Brown?" I asked.
"Room 401 right down the hall," the lady said.
"OK thanks," I said. I ran down the hall and ran into
the room the lady at the front told me to go too. Tiffany was sitting on
the bed breathing. All the girls were around her holding her hand and pushing
hair out of her face.
"Princess!" I said. I ran up to her and hugged
her.
"OWWWW!!"
"OH! I'm sorry!"
"No, it wasn't you," she smiled at me.
"That's good," I smiled. Man I really missed her.
I kissed her forehead and took her hand in mine. Just then we heard a knock
at the door. Tiffany looked over and I looked up and found all the guys smiling.
They walked in and gave Tiffany a kiss on the cheek or forehead. Of course
Nick glared at me but I just ignored him. I wasn't about to fight with him
in front of Tiffany.
"HI!" I heard a girl's voice say from the door. Tiffany
looked at her wide eyed. It was Melissa. She walked in and stood right beside
me. I smiled at her and then turned back to Tiffany. Tiffany just glared
at me.
"What?"
"Nothing, nothing at all," she said.
"Hey Darlene can I talk to you for a minute?" Nick
said loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Yeah sure," Darlene said. Nick helped her out of
her seat and then walked over to the door. He glared at me and then closed
the door behind him. What is he going to do?
