Chapter 10
*5 Months later*
"Gagagagaaaaaaaaaa."
"Oh yea little buddy? Are we going to see mommy at work?" Nick asked looking into his rearview mirror.
"<sigh>" Jayson screamed playing wtih his little stuffed doggie.

Nick threw his hat on his head and put his sunglasses on. He opened up the door and took Jay out of his carseat. Not bothering to take his stroller out of the car he walked into the mall hoping he wouldn't be reconized.
He was meeting Jen for lunch. This was his last week before starting up the next tour. Nick walked into Macy's and to the children's department. He caught Jen's eye as she was ringing up the last couple of people before her break. She smiled and finished doing her business.
"Fay, I'm going on my break. I'll be back in 45 minutes."Jen yelled making her way over to her boyfriend. "Hey." She said kissing him on the cheek. "Hey baby." Jen said taking Jay into her arms and kissing him.
"Where do you wanna go?" Nick asked taking her hand in his.
"Doesn't matter. Where ever."
"Okay, you wanna go to the diner?" He asked.
"Yea." They walked into the diner and asked for a table in the back. They were seated in no time and had their food shortly after.
Sensing something was weird just asked, "What's wrong Nick?"
"Nothing. I have a question for you." He announced trying to seem like nothing was actually on his mind.
"Go ahead. Shoot."
"Okay, you know how next week starts our tour right?" Nick started. Jen nodded. "Well, how would you and Jay like to come with me.. ya know. Tag along or whatever.
"I...I...I don't know. I mean it's so short notice."
"I know Baby, I just don't want to leave you guys here. I'd be stupid if I did and wouldn't know what to do at night without you."
"I'd love to honey, but I just can't leave my job." Jen said after thinking for a few seconds.
"I know Jen. I know."
"And I just can't quit because I need money to pay for food and rent and clothes and..."
"Jen." Nick said taking her hands and squeezing them. Jen just sat back and bit her bottom lip like she did whenever she didn't know what to do. "You can come and live with me. We can make the guest room next to mine Jay's. And then you won't have to worry about anything. I'll take care of you."
Jen started to get tearyeyed. "Nick. Ever since we met all you've been was a loving person to me, and I love you for that. But I just can't move in."
"Yes you can! I would've asked you in a few months anyway.. I just decided to do it know cause it seemed so right. Jen, I know we've been going out for less than a year, but you're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with."
Jen sat there and thought for a couple of minutes.
"DaDa."
"See. Jay loves me." Nick announced.
"I love you too." Jen said still thinking of what to do. "Okay...."She said taking a deep breath. "I'll do it., because I love you." Nick and Jen both smiled at each other. They finished their food and left.

*2 Days Later*
"Along this hallway is another bedroom. Right now it has baby things on it cause it's my son's room." Jen said showing the realiter around the apartment.
"Very impressive. You have a very good looking apartment Ms. Giaramita."
"Please call me Jen. I feel so old being called that." She laughed.
"Okay. Well, Jen, I think this place will be sold in no time."
"Thank you very much. Do you think it's a high price though?"
"No. Not at all." Sue Ellen (duh..the lady) replied assuringly.
"Alright. And you're clear on a friend to cover all the meetings and everything right?" Jen asked. Sue Ellen nodded. "I'll be back in 4 months persay. So if this place is sold, then i'll have it out after that. If that's a problem, i'll have to come home early I guess."
"Oh no. I'm sure the buyers would understand." She replied. Jen finished showing her around and they finished with the paperwork and business things.

"Okay, well. I did it. The apartment is up for sale as of tomorrow afternoon." Jen said during desert.
"Honey, are you sure about this?"
"Yes Grandpa. I think i'm actually going somewhere with a relationship. I feel so safe with Nick and I know he loves me and will never leave me, like that ass hole Jim. Thank God he's locked up right now. But, I know he loves Jay too. He keeps telling me, "Baby or no Baby.. he'd still love me."
"That's so sweet Jen. I wish you all the best." Gerri answered. Jen smiled and Squeezed her son closer to her body, hoping everything would be okay in the next few weeks. She knew that it would. But hoped that her relationship with Nick would go far, and they'd get married and have kids. Together.
