"Wow. I never EVER though this day was going to come." Jen looking in the full length mirror in one of the guest rooms.
"Oh, Sweetheart. YOu look absolutely gorgeous." Gerry sniffled. Tears trickled down her face.
"Grandma No. Don't cry, you're going to get me started." Jen replied tears welling up. She blinked them back and fanned her hand by her eyes.
"Okay, stop it baby. You're going to get your make up all cakey." Ger said coming over and wiping her eyes with a tissue. "Okay, you have everything? Something new? Something old? Something blue?"
Jen nodded. "Yea, old: Your pearls from your wedding and the earings too. Blue: The garter, and everything else is new." She smiled. "Oh gosh." She said holding her stomach.
"Nerves?" She nodded. "Don't worry about them. I had them too. Feels like you want to just run away right?"
"Well, yea.. but not really. I love Nick so much. I just don't know why i'm nervous. Maybe it's all the glam and cameras and lots of people. I'll be fine when i'm walking down that isle."
Gerri came and hugged her grandaughter. "I love you so much. I'm so proud of you."
"I love you too." Gerri pulled back a little with more tears in her eyes.
"Now, let's

All the bride's maids and ushers were in the back of the church, waiting for the ceremony to get started.
"I'm not gonna cry, i'm not gonna cry." Leigh said coming over and giving Jen a hug. "You look so beautiful."
"Alright Ladies and Gents. They're about to start." The coordinater said peeking into the church. Everyone lined up in their places.
"Okay Jay. You have to walk down the isle after Auntie LeighLeigh. Okay?"
"K." Jen gave him a kiss and told her that she loved him, then stood up and watched as everyone made their way down the isle.
The nerves returned to her stomach once the opening notes for 'Here Comes the Bride' began to play. She looked at her grandfather, smiled. And was given the cue to begin walking.
Smiling all the way down the isle, she met Nick's eyes. Imedietly the tears began to fall as she thought of their lives.
As the got to the alter, her grandfather lifted the vail over her head, and kissed her on the cheek.
"I love you." He said, then took her hand and placed it in Nick's hand, "Take good care of her Nick. She deserves the best."
"I will." He replied hugging his future Grandfather-in-law. (such thing? i have no idea). Nick and Jen both looked at each other and smiled, then walked up a few steps to meet the priest.
"Do you, Nickolas Gene, take Jennifer Anne. To be you're wedded wife. To have and to hold. For richer or poorer, through sickness and health. For all the days or your life?"
"I do." Nick answered smiling at Jen and squeezing her hands tight.
"And do you, Jennifer Anne take Nickolas Gene to be you're wedded husband. To have and to hold. For richer or poorer, through sickness and health. For all the days or your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Now, repeat after me." He said handing Nick Jen's ring. "I, Nickolas Gene, give you this ring."
"I, Nickolas Gene, give you this ring."
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Nick replied sliding the ring onto Jen's finger.
"Now, Jennifer. Repeat after me.." He said giving Jen Nick's ring. "I, Jennifer Anne, give you this ring."
"I, Jennifer Anne, give you this ring."
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Jen slid the ring onto Nick's finger and looked up and smiled. She wanted to bad to kiss him and hug him, but she had to wait a few minutes.
"Now. It's is my pleasure to introduce to you, for the first time. Mr. and Mrs. Nickolas Carter. You may kiss the bride."
Nick cupped his hands over his beautiful bride's chin as he kissed her, both crying. After the parted, they hugged each other.
"I love you so much." He said looking into Jen's eyes.
"I love you too." She replied. They kissed again, then linked arms and walked back down the aisle. As they got to the doors, they pushed them open and went to the corner of the lobby. (Ya know, before you walk into the church there's a place or whatever.)
"Why'd you do this to me?" Nick asked wiping Jen's tears with his thumbs. "Don't cry." He said, choking up again. Jen grabbed him and pulled him close, each holding onto each other as they made a memory.
A few moments later, they stood by the doors as all their guest filed out of the doors. Each stopping to congratulate them and wish them luck.
"Congratulations Baby." Jane said hugging her son with the tears in her eyes. She kissed him and hugged her daughter-in-law. "Jennifer, take good care of my baby."
"I will Mrs. Carter."
"Mom." She corrected.
"I will Mom." Jen said, then hugged and kissed her, then did the same to her father-in-law.
Everyone was out of the church, so they went outside and stood with their wedding party for pictures.
"One! Two! Three!" Nick yelled grabbing his wife's arms and running through the crowd of people that were throwing bird seeds at them, as they headed toward their limo. Just the two of them went in, riding with each other to the reception.
"How do you feel Mrs. Carter?"
"Very good Mr. Carter." Jen replied kissing him with all her heart. "You made my dreams come true."
"Mine too Baby."
"I love you so much."
"I love you too. Very much." He replied. "You look very beautiful. When you started walking down the aisle, I had to grab a hold of myself not to start crying."
"It's okay to cry honey."
"Once I saw you crying, I lost it." Jen looked at him and smiled, her light brown eyes glistening from her tears. All the wya to the reception, they talked about how they couldn't get any sleep and their stories about what happened until they got to the church.
*At Reception: Gordal Inn*
"Now, for the first time in public. Please help me welcome... Mr. and Mrs. Nickolas Gene Carter!!" The DJ yelled into his microphone. Jen and Nick walked out into the room, and ran underneath their wedding party's arms, then came together for their first dance as Husband and Wife. The opening note for "It's Your Love" By Tim Mcgraw and Faith Hill were heard, and the two danced together.
After the song was over, Jen and Nick made their rounds to all the tables to welcome them to their wedding and to thank them for coming.
"<gasp> Oh My God." Jen whispered so only her and Nick could hear her.
"What's the matter honey?" Nick asked grabbing her hand and holding it.
"Oh my god. I didn't think you guys were going to come!" Jen said embracing them.
"I'm so sorry Jen. I wouldn't miss this for the world."
"Mommy, I missed you so much."
"I missed oyu too sweetheart. Eventhough I was still mad at you, I still loved you. Don't think I didn't!" Sue replied, then embraced her daughter again. "You look beautiful."
"Thankyou." She then hugged her dad and her little sister. "Mom, Dad, Amanda... this is my husband Nick. Nick, this is my parents." She said introducing them. They each hugged him and they talked for a few minutes. "Jay, come here Baby." Jen yelled as he walked by. She picked him up.
"Hi Jayson."
"Jay, this is your other grandma and grandpa. And this over here, is your Aunt Manda."
"Hewo." He replied shyly. They laughed at how cute he was being, then made their separate ways to have dinner.
"Okay, now what I need right now is the Maid Of Honor and the Best Man." The DJ announced. Julie and Aaron made their way to stand by the couple and make their speaches.
"Okay, I'll go first." Aaron said into the mic. "Ever since the first time I saw you two together, I knew you were going to get married. I was hoping for it, and I'm so happy that it actually came true." He started getting choked up. "The way I looked at it was... Do I have ANOTHER sister to fight with?" Everyone laughed. "But, I knew that Jen was something different. She stole my brother's heart and gave him the life that he's always dreamed of. There's only one more thing that I have to say, and that's that.. I love you both of you guys." He finished his speach and then Jen and Nick came over to him and hugged him.
"Alright my turn. " Julie started. " Now, i've known Jen for a few years now. And I remember hanging out. It was different than any other teenager's life because she was already a mother. She's lived life through a different perspective than many of us, and I give her so much credit for it too. She never dated anyone until she met Nick. He completely changed her life around, because I know that if they would've never met, she wouldn't have dated ever again. Jen," She said looking at her, "I love you like a sister and i'll always love you. And Nick, treat her right okay? She's one special person. I love you guys always. Congratulations." Julie ended crying and hugging them both.
The rest of the night pretty much went on like a normal wedding. The throwing of the boquet, the garter... more dancing... games, etc.
*Their house, 3am*
Jayson was staying at Jen's grandparent's house. Nick and Jen were leaving for thier honey moon at 12 in the afternoon the next day, to spen a week and a half in Rome, Italy. Then they were spending a few days in Hawaii and then another few days in the Bahamas to go snorkling.
"You've made me the happiest woman in the world." Jen said getting undressed.
"And you've made me the happiest man alive." Nick answered coming over to her and kissing her all over. "I Love You."
"I Love You too." Jen aswered out of breath, but still somwhatly kissing him. Moving her over to the bed, Nick began to trace his hands over the curves of Jen's body. Jen ran her fingers through his brownish/blondish locks.
The rest of the night, they made love for the first time as husband and wife.
