Chapter 17
"I'm going home" Jessica said "Don't even think about following me. I want nothing to do with you."
"Jessica let me explain" Brian said
"Theres nothing to explain" Jessica said coldly. "You left me." She contiued her way across the street to where her house was.
"JESS!" Brian yelled "I didn't mean to hurt you." He ran up to her and stopped her. He looked and her to see she was crying.
"Get away from me Brian"Jessica whispered "Please just get away" 'Now I have to talk to him other wise he won't let me leave' Jessica thought angerly.
"No Jess" Brian said "I been looking for you for 7 years. I came back to get you. But you were gone."
"You left first" Jessica said
"Why are you in a wheel chair?" Brian asked softly.
"I was in a terrible accident" Jessica said "But what do you care."
"I care a lot Jessie" Brian said looking in her eyes.
"Sure" Jessica laughed "If you cared you wouldn't have broken up with me. We would be married and happy. With our kids. You have two kids you never knew about"
"What!?" Brian gasped surprised "Whats their names?"
"What would you care?" Jessica snapped "Now let me get home"
"Not until you tell me their names?" Brian said "And how long you been in a wheel chair."
"Damnit" Jessica growled "Their names are Brian Thomas Littrell and Tammy Marie Littrell. They are 6 years old. I was in the accident January 1 1999. I was driving drunk when a car hit my car. I was in a coma for a year. Woke up about 2 weeks ago. And well here I am paralyzed. Now let me go."
"No" Brian said "I don't want to lose you again"
"I'm going HOME to Lexington" Jessica said softly. She was kinda glad Brian wouldn't let her go. She still loved him. She didn't want to see him go."
"I guess I'll see you in Lexington" Brian whispered Then he began to walk away. Jessica bust out crying again. Brian stopped walking . He wanted to go hug her, kiss her. But her knew Jessica might be mad if he tried that.
Jessica went home as fast as she could got to her room, climbed in her bed and fell asleep thinking about Brian. Usually Lindsey helped her since she was still knew at this.
"Where have you been?" Kevin asked as he walked in Kevin's hotel room later that night
"I was talking to Jessica" Brian said with a small smile on her face.
"So you seen her" Kevin said.
"Did you know where Jessica was?" Brian ask quietly
" Lindsey and Jessica are friends" Kevin said "I just found out today."
"Oh" Brian said "She's really mad at me. She is paralyzed and I have two kids"
"I wouldn't blame her" Kevin said "Good night Bri"
"Nite Kev" Brian sighed. They flopped down on their beds and went to sleep.
