Chapter 27
(Five days later, The boys & Celine are in
Pennsylvania in Hershey, PA (yes that's where all of Hershey's chocolate
is made) attending one of Christina's concerts)
"Celine have you ever been here before?" Nick asked worried
"Yes my aunt and uncle live about ten minutes from here," Celine said "Actually
it'd be so cool if we could drop in on them."
"Do they know you got married?" Kevin asked
"Nope," Celine said "They were in Europe at the time."
"Well if you can drive us there without being noticed then yeah that's cool."
Nick said
"Well there's one problem," Celine said "Their daughter is 16 and she might
call her friends unless I shut her up."
"Oh I see," Nick said "I can keep her occupied."
"Nick you have a girlfriend." Celine reminded him
"I know- but who said I couldn't have fun?" Nick asked all innocent
"Because she's my best friend." Celine said getting in the car.
"What time is Christina's concert?" Nick asked
"Do you not know?" Celine asked
"We haven't talked since a week ago," Nick said "I have left messages but
she hasn't called."
"I talked to her two days ago and she said she talked to you." Celine said
turning onto a side road
"Well she hasn't talked to me," Nick said "She's obviously lying to you."
"Why would she lie about talking to you?" Kevin asked "What did you do?"
"Nothing Kevin," Nick said "I talked to her a week ago and I go to IM her
and she's always "unable to except" instant messages."
"I was on her name the other day," Celine said "She had ims coming from guys
and they could go thru."
"Well we're here." Celine said pulling along a road where a house sat back
in the woods a little
"Gosh this reminds me of Lexington," Kevin said "Are you sure we're not in
Kentucky?"
"Nope I'm sorry we aren't." Celine said hugging him "Stay in the car till
I go up to the door."
"WHY?" Nick shouted
"Because I don't want every kid coming to the house." Celine said
"Alright Cutie." AJ said laughing
Celine walked up to the door. She hadn't seen her aunt and uncle in two years
so she hoped they remembered her. A girl about sixteen answered the door.
"Hi, Can I help you?" The girl asked
"Is your mom or dad home?" Celine asked
"Yeah just a second come in." Jana said opening the door "I'll be right back."
Celine looked around the house. There were pictures of her mom and dad along
with her sisters and brother. For some reason she wasn't in the picture.
It must have been taken after she got married. She then noticed a picture
of her with Tes on the other frame. However Kevin wasn't anywhere.
"Jana why are you acting so strange?" Linda sighed walking out
"Hi Aunt Linda." Celine said smiling
"CELINE!" Linda yelled "Look at you."
"Thanks you look different and so does Jana." celine said
"I saw the picture of you and Tes your parents sent at X-mas." Linda said
"Yeah that would be me and Tes." Celine said "I'm surprised she didn't send
he wedding picturse."
"Wedding Pictures?" Linda asked
"Yeah didn't you ever get the annoucement and invatation?" Celine asked
"We got an annoucement and some daughter opened it," Linda said putting her
hands on her hips "and probably misplaced it."
"I swear I gave it to dad." Jana said
"It's okay," Celine said "Well I got married this year."
"Your mom had mentioned weddings but I didn't think her daughter Celine,"
Linda said "I had known you were in Florida living with someone."
"Yeah he's in the car with his friends," Celine said "We're here to see the
Christina Aguilera concert and we're then heading to NY."
"I'm going to that concert." Jana said happily "Where are your seats?"
"We don't know yet." Celine said "We'll get them when we get there."
"It's been sold out for like ever." Jana said
"Oh we'll get them." Celine said "My husband and his friends will come in
but please don't freak out promise me?"
"I guess I won't." Jana said shrugging her shoulders
"I'll be back." Celine said smiling
She stepped outside and signaled them to come into the house.
"Hey baby." Kevin said kissing Celine
"Wait out here a second." Celine said as she went back in "One other condition,
don't touch the telephone."
"Oh ok are you married to a sports guy?" Jana asked "Pavel Bure perhaps?"
"No I'm not married to a hockey player." Celine said laughing as she opened
the door
Kevin, AJ, Brian, Nick, and Howie all walked in the door.
"Oh my gosh it's the Backstreet Boys." Jana gasped
"Hello." They all chorused
"W-w-w-w what one is your husband?" Jana asked
"The only one with a wedding ring on right now." Celine said laughing
"Oh my gosh," Jana gasped "The Backstreet Boys are in my house."
"Jana sit down and hush up." Linda said "Hello I'm Celine's aunt, Linda."
"Hello I'm her husband Kevin and I'm sure you have a feeling who we are."
he laughed
"Yes if you check my daughters room," Linda said "You might want to recheck
your careers."
"Well that isn't necessary," Nick said smiling "We've seen worse."
"I hate to break the news to ya guys but we have to leave in twenty five
minutes." Celine said
"Well before you go," Linda said "Do you have any pictures of you from the
wedding?"
"Um Kevin did we bring any?" Celine asked
"I think we brought some," Kevin said "You put 'em in your purse."
"That's in the car," Celine said "Can you go get it?"
"Sure I'll go." Kevin said "Just save me from being kidnapped."
Inside Nick was sitting down next to Jana and they were talking. AJ was talking
about tattoos to Linda. Howie and Brian sat quiet listening to how he was
making a fool of himself. Kevin came back inside with Celine's purse.
"There goes the neighborhood." Kevin said laughing at the girls who were
running down the street
"I'm so sorry if you get mobbed." Linda said "The girls on this block are
crazy."
"It's okay," Kevin said "So Aj are you talking about tattoos?"
"Yeah well my favorite one Linda," AJ said "Is my 69 tattoo on my stomach."
"Oh that's nice," Linda said laughing "Don't think anything of that Jana."
"Well it's time to go," Celine informed the guys "It's been nicing visiting
with you Aunt Linda, Jana, oh and here are our wedding pictures."
"Celine can Jana go with us to the concert?" Nick asked
"Nick it'd be cool but technically we can't," Celine said "You must remember
that you have an obligation to be there and you're traveling without guards
remember?"
"Well could she hook up with us at the concert?" Nick asked
"Nick just head to the car?" Celine asked
"Fine," Nick mumbled "It was nice meeting all you."
"Bye Nick." Jana said smiling
All of them drove to the arena and arrived there about 2 hours before the
show.
