Chapter 28
(At the concert backstage)
"Hi," Celine said informing the tour managers "Celine Richardson and the
Backstreet Boys."
"Okay Celine Richardson and Kevin Richardson, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell,
Howie Dorough, and that's it."
"Wait a second," Celine said "Nick Carter should be on there."
"Nope don't see a name such as that." the man said
"He's her boyfriend." Celine informed them
"Well he ain't on the list." the guy said
"Can I have my pass please," Celine asked "Guys stay out here with Nick while
I go ask her what her problem is."
"Here ya go." the tour manager said
Celine remembered this place so well. It had been where she attended her
first concert years ago before she moved to Virginia. She searched for Christina
but couldn't find her. She hoped she was in makeup and that's where she was.
"Christina it's Celine can I come in?"
"Yeah come in." Christina said
"Hey babe," Celine said hugging her "what's up?"
"Not much where are the guys?" Christina asked
"They're outside waiting to get in." Celine said
"They have passes," Christina said "Tell them to get in here."
"Well it'd be alright if they did but we'd leave someone stranded and vuneralbe
for attack." Celine mentioned
"Are you referring to Nick?" Christina asked "Oh god Celine this is hurting
me so much."
"What is wrong?" Celine asked noticing Christina starting to cry
"They are keeping me from him," Christina cried " My tour managers have blocked
his calls and they don't let me speak to write him or they don't let me put
him on the VIP lists."
"Christina," Celine said "You're nineteen years old you have your own rights
now they can't stop you."
"They can do whatever they want," Christina mentioned "My parents don't know
about it and I'm afraid to tell them."
"Lets go get Nick." Celine said smiling
Celine and Christina walked out to where the guys were standing.
"What are you doing out here?" the guy asked
"I've come to see someone." Christina said
"Get back inside." The guy demanded
"No I'm 19 years old an adult," Christina said "I can do whatever I want
to do."
"Christina why haven't you called or put me on the list?" Nick demanded
"Nick Can we explain later all I want to do is just have you hold me." Christina
said almost in tears
"Sure lets go inside." Nick said slipping his arm around her waist
Kevin and Celine walked in hand and hand along with Howie, Brian and AJ following
straight behind.
"Do you know if Angela and Krysten can talk?" Howie asked Christina
"Um yeah they'll be in the dancers room," Christina said "Celine can you
go get them?"
"Sure." Celine said walking towards where she saw a girl leave and re enter.
She quietly knocked on the door.
"Hi is Angela and Krysten here?" Celine asked
"Yeah hold on," the girl said "Ang Krys someone is here to see you."
"Let them in." Angela instructed
Celine stepped in and Angela and Krysten started to about freak out.
"Celine," Krysten yelled "You're here!"
"yeah so is your boyfriend." Celine said "He wants to see you bad."
"I miss him so much," Krysten said "Where is he?"
"He's with Kevin and the others." Celine said
"I'll be back everybody." Krysten said running out of the room
"Is Brian ready to see me?" Angela asked
"He hasn't mentioned your name," Celine said "but who knows with Brian."
"You're arm is still casted?" Angela asked
"Till I get back from this hell trip." Celine moaned "Traveling with five
guys, I hate it."
"So is everything good with stuff back in Olrando?" Angela asked
"Yeah AJ and Tes split," Celine said "Hopefully that's out of the picture
for now because he's been so pleasant."
"AJ pleasant?" Angela asked laughing
"Yeah so do you want to go see Brian quick?" Celine asked "I'm sure he's
just hurt."
"I guess I'll go." Angela said walking out of the room
All of the couples talked and they had a great time until it was time for
the show to begin.
"Brian I have someone for you to see." Celine whispered into his ear
"Celine," Brian said "Don't make everything harder than it already is."
"Come on Bri," Celine said "She misses you I can tell."
"Well life goes on Celine," Brian mentioned "But for your sake I'll go."
"Thanks Bri," Celine said hugging him "You're my favorite person in the whole
wide world."
"Yeah yeah yeah." Brian muttered going out to talk to Angela
"Mr. Richardson I haven't spent much time with you lately." Celine said hugging
him
"Tell me about it," Kevin said "it seems as if our friends lives are more
important than ours right now."
"Yeah it does seem that way for some reason,"Celine said "When we go back
to Orlando we are taking time off of everything and we're headed away."
"Sounds good," Kevin said kissing her lips "I can't wait."
"Stop the mushy stuff please." AJ moaned
"Shut up Bone." Kevin muttered
About Fifteen minutes later Howie and Brian returned. Howie was all happy
and Brian looked like he had just spent the past ten minutes crying. Nick
and Christina were in the other room sorting everything out.
"Hey bri what's wrong?" Kevin asked
"Nothing man nothin." Brian said "Celine can I talk to you?"
"Sure," Celine said getting up off the couch "I'll be back."
Brian closed the door behind them. She knew something had happened and Brian
only opened up to her since she came around.
"She broke my heart again," Brian said "It's so hard to see someone you cared
for so much just keep on breaking it."
"Brian Angela and I are friends," Celine said "but Angela is a player, I
hate to say it, but when she has gotten what she wanted she's gonna let you
go."
"You've known this how long?" Brian asked
"I've figured it out." Celine said "You need to sit back and think what you
want in someone."
"I want someone I can talk to like I can you." Brian stated
"Brian I have someone in mind for you," Celine said as her eyes sparkled
"I'm gonna get a hold of her tonight."
"Thanks Celine you are my angel." Brian said smiling
