Chapter 7
Brian's View
I held Tiffany in my arms and just laid there enjoying
her body next to mine. It's been so long since I've held her that I've almost
forgotten what it felt like to have her so close.
"Brian?" I heard Tiffany whisper softly.
"Yeah baby?" I asked opening my eyes.
"What did you do up in heaven?"
"I watched you everyday," I said.
"You did?" she asked surprised.
"Yeah I was your guardian angel. I was with you the
whole time and it was so hard for me to not show myself."
"I missed you so much," she said quietly.
"I missed you too even though I got to see you everyday,"
I smiled. She just laughed lightly.
"How's our baby?" I asked.
"You know about that?" she asked raising her head
and looking at me surprised.
"Of course I do! Why wouldn't I? I was there when
you went to the doctors and I was there when you got the phone call. Tiffany
everything that has happened I know about and I'm so happy that we're having
a baby boy," I smiled squeezing her gently. She smiled back and kissed my
lips lightly.
"What are we going to name him? she asked.
"UM how about Roberto?" I laughed. She just looked
at me like I was nuts.
"I'm kidding! You tell me what names you like," I
smiled.
"Well, I really really really like the name Christian,"
she smiled.
"Christian it is then," I laughed.
"But you didn't say any names that you liked," she
said.
"Any name that you want our child to have is fine
with me."
"But I got to pick Michelle's name."
"Tiffany if you really like the name Christian then
our son's name will be Christian," I smiled.
"Are you sure?"
"I'm positive and plus I like that name too," I
smiled.
"OK if you say so," she smiled back at me.
"Well, I say so," I said. She kissed my lips and laid
her head back down on my chest. We both soon fell into a deep happy
sleep.
