Chapter 39

2 Weeks Later

Brian's View

These past two weeks have been a living hell. Tiffany won't talk to me and she barely looks at me. I'm so depressed. I got the greatest idea of apologizing to her but I don't know if it's going to work or not. I need all the guys' help and they still won't talk to me so this is kind of a problem.

I'm on my way now over to Nick's house. I needed to talk to him and the other guys about my plan. I'm just hoping they listen to me. I pulled up to Nick's house and got out. I walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. A few seconds later Nick opened the door.

"What are you doing here?" he asked shocked.

"I need your help," I said.

"My help? NO NO NO NO NO," he said.

"Oh, C'mon Nick! Just hear me out!" I said.

"This is your problem, not mine," he said.

"Please, this is for Tiffany," I said. He looked at me for a minute and then sighed.

"Man I really don't want to help you but if it's going to make Tiffany happy then I guess I'll help you. Don't think I'm forgiving you because I'm not. I'm just helping you out," he said.

"OK," I said. He opened the door and I walked in.

"Can you call the other guys to come down here?" I asked.

"Yeah, I guess," he said.

"Thanx," I said. He just walked past me and into the living room. This is going to be hard.

10 Minutes Later

Darlene's View

Right now all the guys are over. Brian said something about apologizing to Tiffany so I guess he's turning to the guys for help. I can't believe Nick is helping him but on the other hand it is to make Tiffany happy.

I picked up the phone and dialed Tiffany's number. After 3 rings Colleen picked up, "Hello?"

"Hey Col!"

"Oh hey Dar! What's up?"

"I need to talk to Tiff, is she there?"

"Yeah hold on a minute," she said. She set down the phone a minute later Tiffany picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hey Tiffany!"

"Oh hey Darlene! What's up?"

"I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"It's about Brian."

"Darlene," Tiffany whined.

"Be quiet and listen. He's up to something big. He's over here now asking the guys for help," I said.

"I don't care Darlene. I don't care about what Brian does," she said.

"Tiffany, C'mon you must be at least a little curious as to what he's doing."

"No, I'm not curious at all," she said.

"Yeah you are, admit it," I said.

"OK, maybe just a little bit but I still don't care what he does," she said.

"OK whatever, I just wanted to let you know. I'll talk to you later all right?"

"OK bye," she said.

"Bye," I said and then hung up. I can tell she really wants to know what's up. She just doesn't want to confess. She forgives people so easily and I have a feeling that Brian is going to get off much easier than he should be. If I were her I would kick him out of the house and forget about him. She's just to nice. That's Tiffany for ya!
