Chapter Nine
A few days later, the girls and guys decided to go out. It was July 4th, and the girls couldn't wait for the fireworks. The girls finally met Nick's girlfriend and he met up with them at Brian's house. The girls were ready even before the guys were.
"Can you believe this? Who would've thought we'd finish before them?" commented Christina as Kevin walked down the stairs. His hair was still wet from the quick shower he'd just taken.
"Yeah, well, what can we say? Sometimes it goes the other way around." he chuckled.
"Don't worry, we'll be ready in a second." He went back upstairs to tell the guys to hurry up.
The first one done was Nick, and he came down the stairs looking oh-so-mighty-hot in a nice black pants and a sporty shirt. His hair was slicked back and he had on his glasses, and Rena (Nick's girlfriend) dropped her jaw in amazement. "Baby, I've never seen you dressed that way!" she remarked.
He looked at her and twirled her around to see her better. "Neither have I see sweetie...." they kissed.
All the girls went, "Aww, how sweet!" "That is so cute!".
All Nick could do was blush. "Hey sorry to tell y'all this, but I'm gonna head out with Rena on my own. The guys already know, but I was gonna tell you guys." he said.
"Oh, ok sweetie have fun." claimed Nadia as she winked at Rena.
"Oh, we will..we will.." she said as Nick and her slipped out the door.
The next guy to come down the stairs was AJ. And man-oh-man, did Michely think he looked so hot in those black pants and shirt, and a nice off-white coat over it. He looked so sleek, he was to die for. He came down looking at them and smiling, as if waiting for their reaction. I guess he knew he looked good. His hair was maroon, so it basically matched. He had taken off his rings especially for Michely (She had asked them to take them off for this) and left nothing except his necklace with the cross, and his earrings (those were the features she liked best!). He went and sat by the couch with Michely and kissed her forehead.
"Wassup?" he said in his raspy, sexy voice. She just giggled.
"Where we going tonight, and how come you guys are dressed so sharp?" she asked.
"Oh, that's a secret baby. It's a special treat for all of y'all." he smiled.
"Oooh, well then I can't wait!" exclaimed Christina.
Brian came down next, in a navy blue long-sleeved shirt with black pants and a brown belt (figures), and his hair was extremely perfect. He looked so cute in his outfit and he just grinned at everybody he walked past. When Melissa saw him, she ran to him and hugged him.
"Baby, you look so cute!" she exclaimed.
"Well, I did it all for you sweetie." he smiled. The blue suit really brought out his beautiful, sky blue eyes.
"I can't wait for tonight, sweetie." she whispered in his ear as everyone resumed talking.
"Me neither baby...I hope you like it. I hope all the girls like it. We really have this planned out. Just for you girls." he whispered.
All she could do was smile at him and stare into his eyes.
Howie was the next one to walk down the stairs. He had his hair slicked back into a tight ponytail. His long-sleeved dark gray shirt went perfect with his dark olive green pants. He even had a rose in his hand for Nadia, and he came smiling down all the way. AJ and Brian looked at him and both let out a wolf whistle.
"Whoo, D! Lookin' sharp!" claimed AJ.
"Thanks guys, now if you don't mind...." he said looking straight at Nadia.
"Hey sweetie, how are you this fine lovely day?" he chuckled, and kissed her hello.
"I'm great, trust me I am."
Kevin was the last to come down, but as they say: save the best for last. He had on khaki pants, a black shirt, and a black jacket over it. He walked over to Christina, a white rose in hand. He brushed his nose passed her neck.
"Hmm, a sweet-scented rose for a sweet-scented lady." he whispered to her in his deep, sexy voice. She blushed and turned away, and he took her chin in his hand and kissed her softly. That made her blush even more, and he whispered, "Tonight is going to be a very good night."
"Oh yeah, we'll make it good." she said back to him.
He chuckled then announced, "Hey! Are we ever getting out of here?"
The guys looked up and Howie said, "Yeah. Let's do it!"
They all took their respective girls, and AJ sneaked a look at Kevin.
Kevin looked out the window then nodded.
"Ok, people, let's head out!" AJ said. The couples linked arms and headed
out the door.
