Chapter 24
3 Months Later
Brian's View
"Are you sure you have to go on tour?" Tiffany asked
me as I zipped up my suitcase.
"Yeah I do. I'm sorry baby. I know we're in the last
months of the pregnancy and I tried to postpone it but they just won't listen
to me. I'll call you all the time to see how you are and Darlene will be
here and didn't you say another one of your friends are coming down
here?"
"Yeah my friend Colleen. She got a month off from
her job and she wanted to come down here to help me and Darlene out," she
said rubbing her stomach gently. She's getting really big. Not to be mean
or anything but she is. I can't believe our son is almost born. I'm so excited.
I just wish I could be here with Tiffany. She really needs help around the
house and everything and I won't be here to help her and I want to. I didn't
want her coming on tour because that could hurt the baby and maybe Tiffany
and I don't want that to happen so she has to stay here.
"OK well I gotta get going. I'll be back soon and
call me if anything happens. I'll call you right when I get into Toronto,
OK?"
"OK," she slightly smiled. I walked up to her and
wrapped my arms around her and kissed her softly.
"I love you and I'll be back soon," I smiled. She
smiled back at me and kissed my nose, "I love you too."
I bent down and kissed her stomach.
"Now you be good for mommy. Don't give her to much
trouble and I'll see you when you come out," I said talking straight to her
stomach. Tiffany giggled and took my hand in hers. I smiled at her and then
hugged her.
"Hey love birds!!!! Brian needs to go! The limo is
here!!!" Darlene yelled.
"OK we'll be right down!" I yelled. I took Tiffany's
hand and walked down the stairs carefully. I wasn't about to let her
fall.
"I'll see you later baby. I love you," I said hugging
Tiffany and then kissing her.
"I love you too and have fun," she smiled.
"I will," I said. "BYE ANGEL!!! I'll see you
soon!"
"BYE DADDY!" Michelle yelled running up to the door
and waving to me as I turned around and walked out to the limo. I waved back
to Tiffany and Michelle and then hopped in the limo.
Nick's View
"I love you and be careful," I said looking into Darlene's
eyes.
"I love you too and I'll be very careful. I'm not
about to let this little guy die on me," she said patting her stomach.
"You better not," I smiled. I bent down and said straight
to her stomach, "You be good and I love you very much." I then kissed her
stomach and then stood back up.
"I'll miss you," I said.
"I'll miss you too and have fun. Oh and call me,"
she said.
"You know I will," I said. I kissed her one more time
and walked over to the limo. I winked at Darlene and got into the limo where
the rest of the guys were waiting. I rolled down the window and waved to
Tiffany and Darlene. Brian reached over and started to blow kisses to Tiffany.
Tiffany just giggled and acted like she was catching them.
"BYE!!!!" we all said as we started to pull away from
the house. I'm really gonna miss Darlene and Tiffany. We're going to be so
bored without them around goofing off and telling us what to do. We really
love them. More than you know.
