FRIENDSHIP IS SOMETHING WE COULD CHERISH TOGETHER
(At the basement)
Kevin ask Brian
to have a rest for the rest of the two days. Kevin had told
AJ about the Tangs’ arrangements. AJ agrees to help Kevin to stop all of
the
plans. Soon, the time had come. It was 5:00 o’clock for the third day
Howie’s dead. Brian listen carefully for whatever Kevin had planned for.
However, Brian
had decided to tell Kevin the truth that day. He feels guilty
on how Kevin loves him and how he’d annoyed his best friends.
“Got it?” ask Kevin after he finished telling his plans.
“Okay,” AJ nods.
“Okay, get ready,” Kevin quickly get his weapons through his suit.
“Kevin,” Brian interrupts them.
“What?”
“Remember
about the code that the Tangs discover?” Brian starts, “I… I
actually… I’m the one who gave it to them,”
Kevin and AJ shocked.
“I mean…
I want my rank back and I’m too jealous about Nick that I… I gave
Mulligan the code. I thought that’s just a personal code. So, I gave it
to
him. I mean…” Brian try to explain.
Kevin’s eyes
widened. He really can't believe that Brian would do that. AJ
quickly hold Brian tight. Kevin turn and walk away in anger in his eyes.
“AJ!! Take
care of Brian!! Don’t let him go away!!” Kevin shouts as he keeps
on walking.
“No!!! Kev!!
You can harm me or punch me or anything you want to do to me!!
But please don’t go!! You’ll easily die if you go alone!! Please!!”
Brian
shouts back. AJ hold Brian as tight as he could.
“Brian! Let him go!” AJ try to calm Brian down.
“No, AJ!!
You don’t understand!! If we late even a short time, it will bombs
this city out!!” Brian try to explain, “If we could do it together,
probably
we can find it faster and we can stop it!! You need to understand this!!,”
“But…” AJ try to protest.
“Please, AJ!
Let me go and help him!! I mess this problems up, please let me
solve it back!” Brian begs him. AJ think about it.
“AJ!!”
Brian try to makes AJ confident, “Do you want to see Kevin die as
well as Howie?!!”
AJ really didn’t
know what to do this time. Honestly he really don’t want
Kevin die. He’d lost Howie so he doesn’t want to lose Kevin. Slowly
AJ let
Brian go. Brian quickly ran towards his car and drove off. AJ think for a
while.
“Wait a minute,
I can't just wait here without doing anything. I’m Kevin’s
sergeant,” AJ quickly ran out and fetch a taxi to the Watch Tower.
